










Depikta
Depikta is an e-commerce platform which gives up and coming artistsa platform to share and sell their work. To stand out in this segment Depikta needed a strong contemporaryand adaptable brand. Visuals which were easily adaptable was a mustfor the project; all artwork is going to be displayed across a number ofsocial channels In my view art in its entirety is comprised of style, substance &serenity. I created an identity based around this statement. Using asimple sans serif for the work mark, inspired by Scandinavian design.This allows it to be used in multiple scenarios, retaining personalitywithout detracting from the artwork itself. I also implemented adynamic colour palette inspired by nature; nature is often the subjectof art. I also explored the use of typography and layout to create asense of ‘cool’ around Depikta. Turning public spaces into art gallerytype environments also links with the goals of the platform whilstdisplaying something not currently seen in the industry.
